Love love love this app
It is difficult to have a bad day when you keep this consistently. Love the virtues and actions. I have more energy, am calmer and am crushing it in other areas of my life. I have tried many self improvement strategies but this is finally taking me from the theory, to the practice and I can’t wait for mastery 😍

Issues with app
Really like everything about this app other than it keeps freezing when loading. Had the app for 3 months and still not been able to set my big 3 protocols. It’s a real shame because i love the book also.

Accountability in my pocket!
I so so love this app! Not only is it packed with easily accessible life wisdom but also the tools to help you live it out! Every day I can use it to set my intension to live as my best self, celebrate the small wins and ultimately hold myself accountable against the actions I committed to doing. I can’t recommend it enough!
