The only app that improves your life

I can’t thank brian enough for doing what he does. I have wasted so much money with different coaches. But Heroic is the only one that improved my life immensely.

Brian has changed my life

I'm a Brian Johnson Fanboy and if I could give this app 12/10, I would. I am constantly astounded by his ability to just not consume so much information and not only condense it, but also make it so accessible and applicable. I have been following Brian for over a decade, and found his work while searching for my second mountain. I had started and grown a business to nine figures, and came to a place in my life, where I was asking myself what's next. Optimize for me and now heroic and heroic coach has been my second mountain. Even with a PhD in sports and performance psychology, the impact I have had on clients using heroic coach, and the incredible community we have built supporting men's mental health has allowed me to find my second mountain. For that I will always be grateful to Brian.

The Heroic app continues to be invaluable to me for supporting my own potential. The design creates opportunities to set goals & measure behaviour change, while the epic body of work accessible inside the app supports that change from the inside out with theory, practice & a social community that values personal growth & giving one’s gifts in service to the greater good.

Looking’ Awesome

Super easy to set up and great video guides in place to support its use in making personal improvements. Really slick, looks fantastic. Looking forward to using the content regularly already.

Big high five plus a request for feature. The ability to commit before bed instead of in the morning would be beneficial to my everyday practice. Target swipe ❤️

Leaves a lot to be desired

App is very glitchy on ipad. Not responsive and many components don’t even fit on the screen. Sucks that they disabled the optimize app before making this one work properly. Also, it keeps asking me to activate notifications when I commit to the day which is a little annoying. Not to mention, I can’t customize notification times (seriously, why?). Otherwise, it’s a great resource for knowledge, but until they disabled the optimize app, it more-or-less just a daily checklist app - and there are better ones out there. They also keep trying to sell me more products despite having paid $500 for the lifetime membership, which is a little unsavoury.

Was taken for my money !

I had a lifetime Subscription of OptimizeMe before they were bought out leaving me with no access . The sad part of it was the content is great and Brian is a real leader , just sad that the company will steal from their customers .
