No Apple Pay
Seriously?
Only works when connected to wifi??
When using cellular data the app doesn’t work and it doesn’t show any locations in my area. However when connected to wifi the app works and i can see stores in my area and the menu? Needs a lot of fixing and updating
Good App
Im so happy to know that there’s Heytea in NY best too bad if u can’t pay online 🤓🤓🤓
Payment system is broken
I tried paying with credit card and it said payment failed and i ended up going in person to order the drinks. When i get home I see that my card was still charged for the online order. Called the store and they said they can’t do anything about it unless i go in person. Terrible app, terrible experience!

Poor app coding and design
This app is not well written or designed. Issue on account validation text message where there are no boxes to input the verification code. Issue on checkout and payment where it hangs. That caused an order to go through but not show in app. Cannot sue built in Apple Pay credit cards. Won’t accept Amex. Just order in person.
Doesn’t work keep showing London
Does not work I’ve been standing here for like 10 min couldn’t get the app to work what a shame

This app targets overseas customers, but it lacks support for Apple Pay as a payment method and doesn't accept credit card payments; that option is merely for show. Makes one wonder if Heytea really wanted oversea businesses?
