Make every second count with workouts prepared by our team of professionals. Exercise anytime, anywhere.

We also offer the option to record your workouts on the Apple Health App if you allow us to do so by using HealthKit.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

The download of HIIT & Tabata is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Just perfect 👍🏻

Not bad but I have questions about privacy

This app wants all kinds of permissions from me. I don’t need a simple timer to connect to everything else in my life. The App Store says “this app may use your location even when it isn’t open”. Creepy! Why would I want that? The privacy policy doesn’t mention location data. It seems to refer to a website (cookies etc) but the policy doesn’t seem to be related to this app. Judging by the number of ads I’m seeing (including one for Facebook that only popped up after I deleted FB) I suspect this app is sharing my personal information without my consent.

False price

How did I get charged $23.71 CAN for pro version??? You advertise $6.99 ????? Very unhappy with the false advertising!!!

Great concept but glitchy

My app used to work great! It’s so easy and exactly what I need but now my workouts don’t register as completed once I finish (it just freezes at 0 seconds on the last set) and my heart rate doesn’t register anymore. If these glitches get fixed I’d bump it up to a 5-star!

Great but small problem

Great apps and works well. The only problem is that if you start the cycle on your watch and are listening to music (air pods), the voice only comes out of the watch and not the air pods. So obviously you cant ear anything. When starting the cycle from the phone it does work great with both music and the cycle voice. If this gets fixed, definitely 5 star apps.

Crashing

It keeps crashing and I can’t use it anymore. It was very useful.
