The download of HIIT & Tabata is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Settings not working on Apple Watch; stops as you look away from it
First time to try this out and I ended up spending most of my time looking at my progress in Apple Watch than focusing on my run. I set the exercise for 1 minute and rest for 1.5 min. I’ve been running for more than a 1 min and still it hasn’t prompted for the rest period. When I tried accessing again the app from the watch, it said the seconds to rest period was still in the 50s. So I ran a bit more, but when I looked at the app, it still said it’s in the 50s. So I forwarded it to rest mode. The same happened where the rest period never ended! I’ve never even moved past 1 cycle when I was already 30 min into the run (the total of the activity was supposed to be 30 min). It’s bad. Not convincing to make me sign up for Premium. Had to uninstall.
It’s a great app to track my tabata. But..
Love this app and found it really easy to use. But rated a three stars because -
Issues fixed - no more double entries.
But -
- doesn’t sync new workout to phone. Need to start new workout for previous work out to be synced.
- timer seems to be slower than actual. It always become slower towards the end of my workout when I compare it to my workout videos.
- settings don’t allow 0 seconds rest.
Load settings can’t work - great update though
My load settings cldn’t work after the update.
The update is great, more functions and the iWatch has a pause now.
Looking forward to the day iWatch and iPhone can integrate seamlessly. Currently, iWatch can’t pull settings loaded in iPhone and doesn’t seem to be able to push workout data to iPhone.
I’ll give this app a 5 star anyways!
Unusable in Apple Watch
The timer stopped working when the watch screen is off. Please fix it!
