Work out at the beach, during your lunch breaks, gym, parks or even at home.

Make every second count with workouts prepared by our team of professionals. Exercise anytime, anywhere.

We also offer the option to record your workouts on the Apple Health App if you allow us to do so by using HealthKit.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

The download of HIIT & Tabata is free. Get all available workouts within the app as part of the monthly subscription. If you opt for the subscription, you pay the fixed price for your country which is displayed in the app. The subscription will be renewed automatically if it is not canceled within at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your iTunes account will be charged for each new term within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current subscription. The current term of In-App subscriptions cannot be canceled. You can disable the automatic renewal via the iTunes account settings at any time.

Not a one off payment

I bought the app a number of years ago, and there was no mention of a subscription/ expiry date. Then, without notice, I lost all the features and got relegated back to the limited functionality Other than that, pretty good

Annoying cheer sound effect

The annoying cheer sound effect at the end of each workout makes the app unbearable to use especially when using earphones. Way too loud and just unnecessary. Everything else works well. Please get rid of the sound effect or ATLEAST allow the user to turn it off/control the volume

Ads everywhere

I remember paying for this app and now I don’t have a subscription I’m smashed with ads all the time. Rather disappointing will be looking for another app

Music always stops when I app! annoying as hell

Great App

Love this app. Paid for full version but would like to listen to my own playlist no just Spotify or Apple Music. Is there an option for this. Just st started using the app on my Apple Watch. If I play music I can’t hear the voice telling me it’s time to rest etc. how can I adjust this. I don’t have a problem when using it on my phone.

Family Sharing & Apple Music in Pro

We purchased the pro version of this app but can’t get Apple Music to connect on family devices. It only works on the device linked to the family sharing manager. Do we all have to log in with the family sharing manager email address or can we log in with our own email address which are e same as our personal iCloud accounts in family sharing? We really want to work this out as we want the music to play!! Thanks

Keeps crashing

Was working fine until today but started crashing and unable to los at all

Great app if no change in timings

Wold be even better if you could change the times to be able to do the same exercises say 40 sec on 20 sec off 30 sec on 15 sec off and 20 sec on 10 sec off then move to next exercises and repeat timings
