Обожаю это приложение, очень мощные тренировки, после них пот льёт ручьём)))) правда один вопрос у меня есть, насчёт сожженых калорий. На фитнес-браслете одно, а в приложении другое, и на что полагаться??

I have had the HIIT app for a while now and I paid for the subscription. Recently, I have been noticing ads. If I’m going to pay for the subscription, I should be force to click through ads!
HIIT Lying and other workouts
The workouts are amazing, I love the options of the different levels of intensity 😃💪🏼👍🏼 I just wish there were more free workouts available for those of us of little means…

You need a source for good music.
