Everything was so easy as membership and bookings on the app plus for member s there are special rates looking forward for my stay and further more .
Not accommodative to one’s need, Hilton employee loves to hide behind bureaucracy.
I found it very easy to book room Hilton app and having membership account also. I booked it for London and New York thanks.

Absolute fail of an app. Won't work. Imagine a wifi landing page that doesn't include a "Click here to sign in" but a sign up page. How many hoops does one need to jump through for free wi-fi.
Honors team does not reply And are not helpful

Hilton Honors app is so so convenient that it enhances your overall experience I must say that. You can plan your stay so easily and floor plan that it provides on the map for every property is magnificent.
