The app is supported by chat bots for any urgency mostly it’s difficult to get through human agent 24*7 Overall not as convincing as being hyped
The best loyalty program
I’m a diamond member in Hilton platinum in bonvoy vip in radisson diamond in Accor I can tell Hilton is the best loyalty program of All of these programs from my experience the Hiltonhonors are always pampered staff in every property are well trained to satisfy and give you more than your benefits which makes me more loyal to Hilton my first option will. Always be Hilton unless it’s sold out in the location I’m looking for then I go to the others but Hilton is number one let’s come to the next bonus which is the points that makes you loyal to the program radisson were the best but unfortunately they’re the worse since they changed in November 2022 to money rather than using points which is useless and I’m not using radisson after this useless step they became useless like Accor which are both the worse programs Hilton and bonvoy world of Hyatt and ihg are the best respectively for points and usage Hilton always comes the first specially after the new plan by Hilton ceo to contain super luxury brands hotel it will be the cherry on top keep it on specially for the points don’t change the program we like you how you are changes will make you loose your loyal customers

Dissatisfied
Not helpful except for room reservation. 2 of my hotel’s stay dont reflect and the hotel’s staff along with hhonours staff blamed each others and didnt fix my problem. Also i called international to speak to Hhdiamond desk. Also nothing and no follow up . Waste of money.
