Does not work at all.

Really disappointed

I’ve been using Hiya on my Samsung phones for years and loved the protection it offered. Recently switched to an iPhone and installed this app to keep my spam blocking. Sadly, it just doesn’t work. No calls are marked as spam / fraud / etc. Number look ups show a spinner that never goes away. Trying to block a number produces an unauthorised error. Entering a number to block it / look it up is way too hard. Copy / paste then edit the prefix does work because you cannot move the cursor. (Well, you can, but if you press a number it moves the cursor to the end.) Numbers must be written down then typed back in. Which is made worse since it proceeds to error / hang. If you kill the app cause it’s frozen, it tells you to not force kill it.

Useless

Hadn’t done anything to stop scammers fraudsters calling hassling me .. Xniw I’m even getting fake text messages to update my information to different post delivery businesses some which I’ve never heard of and say my packages are at risk.. this app has done nothing to stop the constant flow I get on my phone 24/7 .. Very disappointed.

Didn’t work on my iPhone 14 pro-max :(

Hiya is brilliant on Samsung phones but I could not get it to work on iPhone. So disappointed.

Not worth premium in Australia

It's ok but the premium literally does nothing more than the free version at least here in Australia and they should state that. At least there is a free trial

Really does nothing

From Australia. App doesn’t recognise any spam callers, and TBH, even after I manually identify and block numbers myself the app still can’t recognise it.

Problematic

Turn on call block for this app in settings as advised and I stop being able to get calls from my father.

No Premium features in Australia

Not all the premium features are available in Australia like blocking Spoofed calls & voicemail protection. When will the premium features be available in Australia?
