Using Hiya app for years. In the screen calls section. Need an option to delete all at one time. The going to each call one by one is a lot

Disappointed I can’t save numbers I look up to phone contacts. If I give a percentage for caller ID 30% because I have used this app when it was initially WHITE PAGES and since then I have been using despite names changed. During the years hit and miss with certain devices now with iPhone the caller ID still does not work like it should. All others are extremely FANTASTIC only the caller ID IS NOT WHAT IT USED TO BE FUNCTION WISE🥺 Personal Line IS NOT THE INFORMATION I AM PAYING FOR AS A SUBSCRIBER I NEVER ANSWER BECAUSE OF PAST HORRIFIC ENCOUNTERS! Business and Agencies I need details specifically NAMES! Too many of them acts suspiciously hence no information I DEFINITELY WOULD NEVER ANSWER!!! Blocking Prefix number is NOT BLOCKING ALL CALLS WITH AREA CODES FROM DIFFERENT COUNTRIES IS NOT WORKING +63 for example an area code that is NOT STOPPING THEM TO TEXT MY NUMBER! Hey WHAT HAPPENED TO VOICEMAIL PLAYBACK? I would like to hear systems option.

App doesn’t work at all

I paid for the premium, still getting blown up with spam calls. It doesn’t do anything more than the iPhone setting to block unknown callers. I still get notified of blocked/missed calls, and the constant notifications are what I want to do away with.

Not blocking all spam

Blocks many but not all spam calls. Better than not having any blocked but not satisfied.

Doesn’t work

Chiguynextdoor on

I stupidly installed this as an added measure after my dad (who has a Samsung) raved about it. I never used to get spam calls, but wanted the CallerID and added protection. Suddenly, after registering my number, I started getting a TON of spam calls and texts. It lets me report them, but that’s it. It doesn’t warn me of any incoming spam calls or spoofed numbers, and reporting texts doesn’t seem to do anything at all. Has anyone used this and it’s actually been helpful?

Horrible

Confusing

It’s to dam confusing. It’s always changing when I haven’t done anything. It did not use to be like this. Plus, I’m have no clue when it prompts you to do something. I wanted to know why and how does it helps .

Waste of time

F4jock@ on

United States

The app is a waste of time in the free mode. No real time analysis of the calling party.
