Clunky app that doesn’t load and it’s so slow.

The app really needs an update and some work. As good as the service is, in order to book in a visit, I have to scroll a day ahead in time to make a booking for the correct date. It’s constantly on a wheel of death when I’m trying to load anything, and it’s incredibly hard to press anything and get to chat with anyone.

Unstated charges

Be aware. They charge $20 for delivery of meds! They don’t allow pick up and don’t state on their site There are other apps that offer free delivery for meds. Nowhere does it state they charge extra for delivery of meds

Homage fantastic

Following hospital discharge post cesarean where I had 2 surgeries and have an infection I am unable to get out of bed/take care of myself and baby. I quickly realised I would need assistance overnight and wanted a carer for 6hours time. Homage communicated every step of the way and went way beyond the call of duty to assist me in finding a suitable carer. Thu was an absolute life saver and helped me so much making the hugest difference in my recovery. She was also very qualified and suitable for the role not just “anyone” I will highly recommend Homage in the future for people who need assistance.
