I did a short teleconsultion 3 weeks ago and was ensured by the staff that everything will be waived off bec medicine couldn't be delivered on time. However still being charged despite sending them email, which they didn't reply at all....highly unrecommended
They act fast to collect your money. But teleconsultation still need to wait. And you can’t cancel on your end. Help desk is tardy and slow. Their hotline doesn’t work.

The carers are good but customer service is appalling, charging of packages is poorly conducted with ridiculously short validity periods (1 month) resulting in customers losing money on expired packages. Response to queries extremely slow.
And it’s very hard to get to talk to someone over the phone. Only the sales team picks up and they can’t do amendments to help you. Nobody picks up if you are an existing customer and it says they will call you back within 3 working days when u need them to amend their mistake with your booking so u can look for a carer in 2 days. I was told by a care provider that the available appointments do not show up so they don’t know they are available for bookings so it leaves us feeling nervous after paying for 40hrs and only 2 or 3 appointments taken up. I won’t recommend this. It has been so frustrating for me.
Appointment was confirmed for 1pm… 30mins before they just cancel the appointment. Is this a fair service provided? I mean if you have already told your patient you have confirmed the appointment then please see through to it… if unable to see through the appointment then don’t tell your patient the appointment is confirmed…
Doctor assigned to me did not bother to understand my symptoms or provide a proper diagnosis. Asked me to go A&E immediately and ended the call. I texted Homeage to ask if the consultation fee could be waived, they replied and said they would “look into it”. I have been waiting for 2-3 weeks, no response. Then received an email saying I was charged $20 for a 1 minute ‘consultation’.
