It’s a rob

This app does not allow you to cancel your consultation appointment, you will still be charged consultation fee even service is not needed. Unless you subscribe their package plans. And they have disable the live chat function so you can’t ask anyone when you have question. Also no phone number could be found in the app or website. Very bad user experience.
