Delivery schedule not been updated
I have ordered and paid from the app and it mentioned the delivery will take 2-3 working days. However after 4 days and I made follow up by calling the call center, they told me it will take another 14 days to be delivered. I feel like been cheated, for whatever reason such as Covid-19, they shall be able to update their website and apps so that the customer may know the reasonable delivery duration in order to decide whether to proceed or not. What a waste!
