So good 😻

I would like to say that the customer service in homecenter is very very bad. And if there’s less that 1star I would put for you! One month to receive a call or an answer for my damage item that I have received after many calls to the customer service hotline. I will tell all my friends about how bad is my experience with you guys.

The customer service was unbelievably unprofessional the worker were extremely polit and helpful the color of the chair was Burgundy wail it was in the picture red

I enjoyed shopping in Home Center, has diverse items to choose from in addition to easy payment methods using Tabby and Tamara.

Home centre Be careful don’t buy anything from home centre online in Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 because they didn’t care after sale never if they bring your thing broke or missing anything from it didn’t answered i bought from 2 years dining room missing 3 pieces and 2 places is broken

الموقع جيد وشامل ،، لكن اول واخر مره اطلب اون لاين خدمة العملاء بطيئه ،، غير متعاونه ،، اضاعة وقت العميل ،، الطلبيه وصلت ناقصه تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء اكثر من ١٠ مرات لا حياة لمن تنادي ،، مدير المستودع تحدث معي مره واحد ان هناك مشكلة في الطلب ،، ولم يتواصل معي بعدها، من يومان على اساس سوف يرسلون باقي الطلبيه مع اني لا اظن ذالك خدمة مابعد البيع سيئه جدا جداا واستهتار بوقت العميل

لا خدمة عملاء يردون ولا مواعيد يلتزمون ، ويسون اعادة جدولة وانت ما تدري ، ما ادري هم يبون يسوون مفاجاة او ايش بالضبط .

للاسف التطبيق فقط عباره عن كتالوج اما كمتابعه لطلب الشراء فهو سئ جدا لا يظهر حالة التجهيز ولا التحديثات و حتى تحديد موعد التوصيل والتركيب غير اكيده ، للاسف تجربتي به اكثير من سئيه
