Très intuitive et facile à utiliser
Rien à redire, excepté parfois des difficultés à appareiller de nouveaux appareils.
Software killed this smart thermostat
Horribly bugged. I had an on/off-thermostat with Netatmo Energy before, which worked completely fine software-wide but it turns out I needed a modulating thermostat. Well the thermostat works now but that’s about all. This was connectivity problems from the fiest minute. I’m not a tech-illiterate by any means and I’ve got recent and up-to-date hardware so I finally got the the app to recognize my relay and thermostat, more by luck than anything, and it still claims it can’t find the relay. Apple home has no problem controlling the thermostat. Too bad I need this native software for things like adding users and TRVs. Even tried the desktop app, that won’t even recognize the fact I plugged the relay in via USB. Software killed this system for me. Boxing it up and sending it back. And from what I can see from the app, between all the errors I get, it’s vastly inferior in terms of functionality to Netatmo Energy by the way.
Onvoldoende ondersteuning
4 jaar geleden aardig geïnvesteerd in het MyHomeUp systeem van bticino wat voor mij perfect werkte ! Begin dit jaar blijkt de app van MyHomeUp niet meer ondersteund te worden en is ze vervangen door “ Control” ondertussen heb ik na veel uitproberen, de gordijnen terug kunnen laten werken ( scenario) maar verlichting,radio enz krijg ik niet in orde ! GEEN ondersteuning online van bticino of legrand ! Wat jammer ! Kan het niet meer aanbevelen aan anderen !
Onbetrouwbaar
Eerst werden we verplicht naar deze APP gedwongen toen de vorige van de ene op de andere dag niet werkte. Veel functionaliteiten werden niet mee overgenomen. Bij elke update van IOS is het bang afwachten wat nu niet meer werkt. Sinds IOS totaal geen toegang meer, zo Der enige verwittiging van Legrand/ BTcinl
Werkt niet
Geen connectie. Dan weer wel. Uiteindelijk gelukt, ik kan geen temperaturen instellen, van werkingsmodus veranderen, terug verwijderd, opnieuw installeren, geen connectie… Frusterend. 200 euro weggegooid. Ik zal morgen opnieuw proberen, lukt het niet de hamer erop en een ander merk kopen.
Veel zwakker dan MyHomeUp
Zou een upgrade moeten zijn, maar je kan geen eenvoudige modules toevoegen, geen muziek, geen scenario’s van voor migratie MyHomeUp verwijderen of aanpassen, geen installateur profiel, geen scenario aan een drukknop toevoegen enz. Daarenboven lukt het niet meer om terug de oude MyHomeUp terug te nemen zonder de myhomeserver te resetten
Démarrage difficile mais résultat efficace !
Après quelques difficultés à paramétrer le système, la gestion est très facile ensuite. Je conseille cet investissement.

Matériel médiocre application peu fonctionnelle
Je déconseille le matériel Netatmo. Il est de piètre qualité et n’évolue pas avec le temps. L’application est peu fonctionnelle: à chaque changement de matériel qui est en panne et ça arrive souvent, il faut tout reconfigurer pour le matériel installé. La dernière version ne fonctionne pas.
