MELCloud is the new generation of Cloud based control for Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning, Heating and Heat Recovery Ventilation products. MELCloud provides users with effortless control of their devices whether they are out or are just lying on their sofa at home.
MELCloud provides Live Controls, Scenes, Weekly and Seasonal Timers providing complete flexibility for controlling several Mitsubishi Electric Air Conditioning, Heating or Heat Recovery Ventilation systems from a single device or location.
Logging and Error notification is also possible from both local and remote systems when they are connected to MELCloud.
Localised information such as Weather Feeds and Customer Support contact details are also provided by the MELCloud application.
The application is optimised and will automatically detect screen size and resize to fit your phones screen and resolution giving you full control and access on your smartphone screen.
The MELCloud Service is available throughout Europe, and the application has been designed with the majority of European languages supported at release with further language support planned in future releases.
An official Mitsubishi Electric Wi-Fi Interface will be required to connect each Air Conditioning indoor unit, Heating system or Heat Recovery Ventilation system to MELCloud.
Cette application me fait même regretter le choix de cette climatisation, les rapports d’utilisations ne reflète absolument pas la consommation réelle de la climatisation. Ayant pris le plus haut de gamme je m’attendais à quelques choses de pointilleux. Et bien non Mitsubishi n’est absolument pas au niveau de Daikin qui permet chez eux d’avoir le suivi de consommation exacte, ici on vous donne une fausse indication, j’ai même dû installer un compteur de passage afin de pouvoir le regarder et les écarts vont jusqu’à 200% sur une journée. Résultat je ne conseille pas Mitsubishi autour de moi actuellement

I’m using this app since for years… it’s a pain because not intuitive at all. On the first sight you would think “ok” but I get headaches when it comes to be sure the parameters you have chosen stay and more that they can be correct for all the heating pumps we have. Further on as an example: vacation mode gives every time ‘end date should be greater than start date’… of course… I’m not stupid… but it doesn’t work… very confusing… We have another warming system (RIKA) with a far better application, Really a shame for a great company like Mitsubishi. European firms are still much better in their approach of the ‘client view’… A pitty in our global world.
Looking for other brands to sell
The app is garbage, the ac units great. As an installer i like ME the most but the app turns me off. They should be considering to give it a makeover an intregation with alexa or google home would also be nice
Awful application, totally outdated
Just new in my house.
How can you make a Wi-Fi controlled airconditioning with full of stuff on the remote control, and such an outdated application with very limited options.
I am even wondering if my Wi-Fi connection is still secured and it won’t be hacked throughout the air conditioning Wi-Fi system.
This application shouldn’t be updated.. but a full and new application should be made available.
It is a disgrace for Mitsubishi appliances to deliver such an old and unfinished software.
I want recommend Mitsubishi to my friends and families. You guys have homework to do.

Looks like a windows 98 program now.
Does not adapt to screen height neither on iPhone 13…
Functionalities are great. But layout is a desastre. Impossible to program on phone. You need a tablet.

Works properly, but need a design relooking
The App is working as expected. Keep in mind that this is a « cloud » based controller. It may not react instantly, but is does the job.
The interface need a design refresh, as is it looking old and not 100% compatible with Apple’s full screen device: the home handle bar is covering some icons, and ergonomic can be improved.
