free trial is not working, I can’t start to learn. When I click start my free trial, and enter the birth year, then it will back to the previous step and I don’t know that it has already started the free trial or not, will it charge me next month?

CANNOT STOP THE SUBSCRIPTION

Once started one month free trial, there is NO ANY BUTTON in the APP for me TO STOP the SUBSCRIPTION.

Beware...

Once you enter your credit card to subscribe, they will automatically charge your account every month/year. there is no easy way to unsubscribe inside the app, and I find it very annoying that they offer no other payment options other than monthly subscriptions or yearly subscriptions where your credit card will be automatically charged at the end of each month/year. I just want to try it out to see if my kid likes it, but they force you to sign up for recurring payments, which I think is very sneaky. Why can't I just pay for 2 months and then renew manually instead of being forced to use their autopay subscription. With all the hacking that's happening around the world, I really don't feel comfortable letting the, store my credit card details for recurring payments or that they will keep my credit card details secure...
