Lousy App. Horrible company
Paid for 3 months subscription but decided to stop the subscription barely 1 month in as the “lessons” keeps repeating itself at different level. Once I stop renewal, the app became inaccessible though I have paid till August. Wrote an email to request for refund since it’s inaccessible but no reply. Scam!
Was good, then it keeps crashing.
It was a good app in the beginning and my daughter loves the myriads of activities available. But the app keeps crashing lately. I deleted and downloaded the app again but to no avail.

My kid was actually learning, and I was going to subscribe for the entire year and beyond, but there came a point where a certain state can’t load. I tried removing and reinstalling it, but then all the other activities couldn’t work. Very disappointed with it :/ Should have been a 5 star app

it keeps having error and unable press esp during the letter video. Now im unable to continue to the next level.
Page not Loading
Super disappointed so did my gal.... signed up but page keep loading. Have email to the team and hope they can response and advise and hope this is not a scam app....
Unable to CANCEL subscription
Please assist to cancel subscription despite our best effort to do so. We have been charged numerous times ever since.
