Glitches
I love this game, although I just started I’ve noticed that often the production areas won’t open and I have to get out of the game and restart it. Please fix this

Game works for about 5 mins then it stops
Love this game but Update Glitches
Hi. I didn’t want to do this but I can’t get messenger to connect to you… so you have no app support right now. The most recent update has some annoying glitches. I have blank spaces where pictures should be and numbers for items over the red 0 making me think I have it in stock when I don’t. Please fix.
False advertising
Got an ad for this game on Duolingo- the gameplay is completely different than advertised. Bad game
To busy for a beginner
$9.99 is greedy for a pass. Gotta be rich to play this game. And things are far too busy. To much going on. I am having a hard time giving this game a chance.

The covered wagons will not open I can’t expand my town unless this is fixed plz do so
Unable to listen to my music since update
I don’t play as much because my music no longer plays in the background while I am playing. It also gets boring cause I have to wait so long for supplies. Also it become more advantageous to not trade but sale items since it take so long to get certain supplies like glass and the buckets.
Glitchy
It was fun to start but at about level 27, the game started to glitch. I can’t access my commercial shops to resupply or get products when they are finished. You have to reset your app every ten minutes and wait for it to let you back in to the game to try again. Frustrating.

I cannot make bread from the bakery or make any product due the game is freezing on these. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!! Thanks!!
Lose progress
I really like this game and spend more money than I should on it but I’m about ready to stop playing. I keep losing progress. For example I have upgraded my barn three times now where when I come back later to play it’s right back to where it was before I upgraded it. Also I can come back and progress for other things are gone like it went back to the last time I played. That’s a waste of time, money and resources I have used. I see no way to get ahold of support and I can’t play a game that doesn’t work right. So if it doesn’t change I’m going to have to stop playing. Which stinks because I like the game.
