My boat and stagecoach and Indian tent cannot open can you help me please

Going well until...

Was enjoying the game and then out of the blue whenever I tried planting anything the bank would pop-up suddenly. So frustrating. Will have to delete the game.

Addictive

Addictive however since last update the stagecoaches have not delivered building material
