A very good app with the worst help center
Started using the app in March 20. Post scheduling stopped working after the first 4 posts. Contacted Hootsuite help desk MANY times. Not only they can’t find a solution, they never get back to you (today it is 1st of April). I have contacted for the same issue 3 different persons - the answer I was receiving was that “my first contact handles the case”. Nobody seems to care. It is sad because the app really stands out.
Damaging to a business
This app has not only been a complete waste of money it basically doesn’t work! Ever! You literally have to go in and manually post everything on every platform. I think I’m just gonna deny the charge on my company card, I feel I’ve been scammed, sabotaged even, and go get the competitor.
Issue with posting to Instagram
Via iPhone X there is an issue when notification for posting comes for Instagram. The next button is in the same position as the battery indicator

It crashes!
It is by far the best twitter client but last few days it crashes constantly in mini iPad! It closes by itself immediately after opening. Anyone else having this issue?!
