Description
Operate devices compatible with BlueSecur using the Hörmann BlueSecur app.
You can send permissions (keys) to family or friends, for example, via text message, e-mail or messenger. You don’t even have to be home to send a key, since keys are transmitted via a certified server in Germany. Manage your keys right in the app.
The BlueSecur app must be installed on your mobile phone ahead of time. If a user hasn’t installed the app, they will be forwarded to the app store.
Information on the BlueSecur app:
- Add a device by scanning the QR code.
- Setup and operation do not require an Internet connection.
- Permissions (keys) are created on the administrator’s app, can be issued either temporarily or permanently and can also be deleted.
- Sets of keys are subject to a fee. One-time keys are free of charge.
- Max. 250 users
- Optionally, you can use an external antenna should you have range issues.
Using Bluetooth in the background of your mobile phone reduces its battery life.

Voilà changement du moteur de la porte de garage Horman, test de l’application avec mon iPhone 12pro iOS à jour, a plusieurs reprises lors de demande d’ouverture ou fermeture par impulsion ou emplacement l’idéal serait aussi que ça fonctionne par wifi
Very bad update
App works, garage door doesn’t function. App tells me that my motor doesn’t have low energy Bluetooth. Before update everything worked fine

Horrible experience
After finding out I have to pay for a second key (!), I have issues with sharing the key with my partner. The app is throwing non sensible errors, and I seemed to have lost my bought key. Next time I will be looking for another vendor as well.
App works fine but accessibility needs to be fixed
The app works fine and the Apple Watch feature is great! But as a person with a visual disability I find it hard to use the app. Voiceover is not correctly done. I have some vision left , but the garage door icon is way to small! Please scale with iOS fonts to make it more readable. I hope you can fix this issues in a future update!

Pas encore testé suffisamment mais cela semble correcte
Ne pas faire l’upgrade (automatique)
Après upgrade , l’app demande de rescaper le barecode. Ce n’est pas pratique lorsque l’on est hors du garage ! Après scan, l’app indique qu’il faut faire reste aux réglages usine ! Lamentable comme ergonomie! Beaucoup de pertes de temps pour qu’elle valeur ajoutée. Soignez vos développements avant de les pousser en production!
