App macht das, was sie soll. Aber wenn man für 20‘000 CHF mehrere Tore einbaut und dann für jeden Benutzer 9.- zusätzlich bezahlen muss, ist das einfach nur lächerlich. Gier ist geil.

Operate devices compatible with BlueSecur using the Hörmann BlueSecur app.
You can send permissions (keys) to family or friends, for example, via text message, e-mail or messenger. You don’t even have to be home to send a key, since keys are transmitted via a certified server in Germany. Manage your keys right in the app.
The BlueSecur app must be installed on your mobile phone ahead of time. If a user hasn’t installed the app, they will be forwarded to the app store.

- Add a device by scanning the QR code.
- Setup and operation do not require an Internet connection.
- Permissions (keys) are created on the administrator’s app, can be issued either temporarily or permanently and can also be deleted.
- Sets of keys are subject to a fee. One-time keys are free of charge.

- Optionally, you can use an external antenna should you have range issues.

Widget not working
Nice app overall but a pity that: - for a CHF 10’000.- garage door, we still have to purchase keys for CHF 9.-! Only one is included! Nice for a family! - widgets are not working… Each time it opens the app to say it’s out of range, even when right below the motor for a few minutes! It’s quicker to open the app and press a button… I ordered a Meross kit, for CHF 30.-, I’ll manage my Garage door from HomeKit, Alexa, iPhone, etc. Too bad Hoermann is not competing with better connectivity app at a cheaper price!
Update nötig Code Scannen geht nicht
Die App funktioniert und tut was sie muss. Leider werden die Kameras der neuen iPhones Z. B. 15 Pro max nicht unterstützt. Die Kamera kann den Code nicht lesen weil die App nicht auf das passende Objektiv wechselt. Ich hoffe das dies bald nachgebessert wird.

Tolle App
Diese App, hat einen sehr grossen Einfluss auf Garagentore die mit dem Mobilfunk gerät gesteuert werden kann. Sie ist praktisch ausserdem braucht man keinen Schlüssel. Ich kann diese App nur empfehlen.👍♥️
Verwalten der Schlüssel
Die Verwaltung der zusätzlich gekauften Schüssel für Drittbenutzer ist der Horror und ist im jetzigen Zustand ein kostenpflichtiger Antiservice - reine Abzocke.
Unzuverlässig und oberfläche altbacken
Nach einer Laufzeit von ein paar Wochen verliert die App die Verbindung zum Steierung - Gerät nicht gefunden - muss hart über stromabschaltung reset durchgeführt werden In der Oberfläche iOS und iWatch sieht man nur Relais 1 oder 2 - für Kinden unbrauchbar - Möglichkeit die Schalter zu benennen oder auszublenden fehlt
Bluetooth
Verbindung ist sehr Schwach. Musste die Fernbedienung brachen. Hoffe das ändert sich.
Reichweite
Die Reichweite und Reaktion des Hörmann Antriebs sind ungenügend. Funkfernbedienung wie auch Bluetooth funktioniert schlecht!!!!!!!
Steuerung ungenügend
Ich brauche mehrere Versuche auf dem iPhone um einen Befehl abzusetzen. Das könnte besser sein… LG H. Töngi
