I don’t understand why the industry is still using this app. Where to begin... - It logs you off 30 times a day. - If you put you password wrong 3 times it blocks you. There’s no security question to get back in. You need to call a supervisor. - It hangs for minutes until you restart the app - it crashes constantly and you have to do everything again. - you can’t receive messages on the desktop app - you can’t be logged in on mobile and desktop at the same time

It requires you to have all permissions allowed to use this app. And timeout session is too short. It’s so annoying that I have to log back in everytime I finish a room.

I wish I could see my pending tickets like I see on desktop. This doesn’t help when I need to follow up on something on the go and I don’t see any ticket numbers to refer to.

Good app, works most of the time but definitely needs a 5 minute option for putting rooms on hold! I.e. return later…5 minutes instead of 15 being the shortest.

Terrible to navigate and hate double log in. Constantly logs you out.

I use HotSOS everyday all day. It crashes all the time and kicks me out on through out the day. Has so much potential to be efficient but gives me a huge headache, it’s just not worth it sometimes. Also stops responding and doesn’t load the page completely.

Can’t be a great app until it supports making work orders through the apples shortcuts app please add thank you

Leaving apart that the software is very slow even with good WiFi connection, in the last months it’s doesn’t sent anymore push ups notifications. It is making my job very difficult since I have to be checking my device every 10 minutes. It’s really miserable. Please fix the bug or whatever it might be.

Stupid app my login won’t work on my phone so have to use computer at work

App keeps staff logging them out constantly which in a hectic environment is problematic. And what’s with the fact that Android users are able to login without difficulty but for iPhone users is a nightmare ? Hopefully you read these reviews and do something about it.
