Biggest gripe is how it automatically logs me out every hour unless I make sure to open the app periodically. Then logging in I put pin, then I have to select the password box, select password manager at bottom of screen, select password from ios native password manager. The option for pin+face id would make it so much smoother. I spend 20 seconds logging in just to view a work order. For some reason the app also gives a duplicate work order for each one that's created. I do like that it notifies quickly and with a loud, distinctive alert tone. I work 3 properties and we use Quore as well, it's not any better. Definitely room for a startup to swoop in and do an app like this right.

It requires you to have all permissions allowed to use this app. And timeout session is too short. It’s so annoying that I have to log back in everytime I finish a room.

I wish I could see my pending tickets like I see on desktop. This doesn’t help when I need to follow up on something on the go and I don’t see any ticket numbers to refer to.

Good app, works most of the time but definitely needs a 5 minute option for putting rooms on hold! I.e. return later…5 minutes instead of 15 being the shortest.

Terrible to navigate and hate double log in. Constantly logs you out.

I use HotSOS everyday all day. It crashes all the time and kicks me out on through out the day. Has so much potential to be efficient but gives me a huge headache, it’s just not worth it sometimes. Also stops responding and doesn’t load the page completely.

Can’t be a great app until it supports making work orders through the apples shortcuts app please add thank you

Leaving apart that the software is very slow even with good WiFi connection, in the last months it’s doesn’t sent anymore push ups notifications. It is making my job very difficult since I have to be checking my device every 10 minutes. It’s really miserable. Please fix the bug or whatever it might be.

Stupid app my login won’t work on my phone so have to use computer at work

App keeps staff logging them out constantly which in a hectic environment is problematic. And what’s with the fact that Android users are able to login without difficulty but for iPhone users is a nightmare ? Hopefully you read these reviews and do something about it.
