I’d give it 0 stars I would. This vpn is the worst out there. I have had hotspot shield for a few months now, and it’s unusable. For the first few weeks it worked fine, but then it asked me to start a free trial for the subscription. I wanted to continue on with my free version but the app would not allow me to continue on. I’ve now deleted the app and will not reinstall it until this is fixed

Was a good app until they became greedy

This used to be a free service and you could “continue with basic” Now they want $15 a month like every app once they get a decent customer base they start charging money for what was once free

Are servers really like people, they just go to sleep at times? I can’t connect to 99% of them from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM. And then it’s great after that, before doing the same thing over again. Apparently, when most people are awake, you can’t use this app without it either giving up on connecting or just saying “connection failed”. But then it somehow works best when you’re going to sleep. I downloaded this and paid for the VPN in hopes of being able to pass through the Chinese firewall, but it doesn’t work for 60% of the time. Is this a waste of money?

Helped me watch previews shows I was binging till I had to fly back home which didn’t have them, now since knowing and having this app. Helped me continue on watching the shows from overseas. I appreciate this fantastic app and would like it to see it to the top!
