The app worked for two days. After that the Button is not working anymore. Cannot use the app or if it works in the iphone settings i cannot switch it off. Have iphone 13 and premium subscription

Not working
Bought it premium to watch Dutch tv in Egypt. Keep getting a connection fail and is not working. Deleted and will ask for a refund.
Not working in China
I downloaded this app 3 days ago. It was working fine until now. It just stopped working and won’t connect no matter what I do. It constantly stays on the spinning circle and doesn’t let me connect. I tried contacting support, that won’t work as I’m a gmail user and can’t even open my inbox without a vpn. I would like to give this app more. For speeds, you can’t expect anything more than 400 ping, upload and download speeds are always beneath 1mbps.
