Disappointing app

Instead of yearly renewal happening easily and just clicking over, every year I am in contact trying to get access resorted even though they have my money when my subscription rolls over. Would suggest an app that works all 365 days of the year.

I pressed the option for the 7-day free trial but when I check my subscriptions in settings it took my money and I now have the yearly subscription. There is no way to contact them through the app

It’s not connecting anymore it will process and then start searching again I waited 15mins and it just kept connecting and disconnecting, please fix this
