Love This
I love this app have have been doing level 10 of Hourglass Figure in 30 Days for 20 days now. I have definitely noticed a more slender and fit form. The one issue is that the instructions are not exactly clear. A few times they would only show to do one side of a workout on only one topic. This could be dangerous from overworking one side, setting the hips off balance and causing permanent back and spinal pain. The second issue is probably just a bug? The app with say to do the exercise on left during the break, but then say to do the right during the exercise (that is just an example, it can be the opposite as well). I don’t think that is a major issue but the first one should get fixed.
