its one of em apps that make you use the exact same layout as the phone, screens too small in landscape (can even type, forces a small keyboard) and wayyyy to big when you swap to portrait. Community also isnt it, use to look at the map and little else.
Why can’t i log in?
Adding the Game Center login would be really helpful because I use Game Center login to login to Genshin Impact and it would make it easier for me to login and so I don’t need to try to remember my account password
I pressed not interested for one particular post but it keeps coming back up. It’s of someone shopping scara and nahida. I don’t want to see that. The same goes for sexuality tier lists. I don’t want to see that but HoYoLAB is so full of them the not interested button doesn’t work. Overall it’s a good app.
Tell me why I’m unable to redeem my codes not on this app or the website or the game.
My account was hacked and I didn’t even get notified and it took me almost 6 months and i still wasn’t be able to recover my account. I wasn’t be able to submit the recovery form at all And the customer service respond is so bad and take a really long time to respond . In other game we could contact the customer service more easily in live chat . This company only focuses on game development but the security issues is so bad. I regret spending my 4 years and lot of money in this game. What a shame
Hoyolab is fine but the muting system is pretty dumb,all I did was post stuff a day and randomly one day it muted me and now I can’t even post or do anything

Figure out
Good app even though bots take advantage of events. However, the widget for Honkai Star Rail has stopped working and just displays a black screen. iPad support would be greatly appreciated too.
