I wanted to try HoyoLab, but whenever I try to log in, it says "account does not exist". I tried forgot password but during the verification process, it again says" account does not exist" even tho I have an account.

Fix it hoyoverse

when i go to add stickers section it lags and crashes

Overall the app is good but it has a issue and that’s the app freezes a lot which make it very annoying to use

I absolutely LOVE the fact that I can get extra primogems from daily events AND WEB EVENTS! they’re so fun to play with + you get to be in a community which shares same interests. You get to know more about characters and how to build them! Im so glad to have opened the daily events one day on Genshin impact and every since I’ve officially started using hoyolab!

The app is nice over all but after a while of usage the images and stickers doesn’t load sometimes and I have to delete and download it again for it to appear again. I request to please correct this bug .

This app used to be great for finding content related to hoyoverse games but now its just turned into some social media app for kid’s posting the most irrelevant stuff.

Just fix it so we can see clearly on iPad
