The app is fun but very frustrating to use on an iPad, it’s been like this for years

get muted for your original art so you can't particepate in any special events

Very good app, works wonders on my phone, it gives tons of useful information and we still get sights of the community! The only problem is that the app stays the same on this iPad. I wanted to install it having very high expectations but I got very very disappointed when I discovered it still has the phone format, which makes extremely inconvenient to use on a landscape-format adapted device. So maybe if you could upgrade the format to be comfortable on each supporting device, I would give 5 stars.

I can’t use the app since the latest version needs IOS 13 or later and I don’t have that, so every time I open the app it keeps redirecting me to app store but I cannot update

I love the fact I get free prices not only in genshin but also for honkai one of the best apps in my opinion

Ignoring the Genshin community and disrespecting us is a big nono.
