Goes offline and I woke up to the sound of my baby crying through the walls! Don’t know how long she been crying for the monitors not working! Stupid and very unsafe

The worst !
Do not recommend !! They have the worst marketing strategy. Get people to buy their stuff and then stop providing the service that were initially available for free so you parents need to subscribe. If that’s not enough, the camera keeps going offline and needs to be restarted to work again.
Shocking item, do not waste your money
Monitor broke after 35 days of purchase, terrible piece of equipment. An absolute waste of money
Not all models are included in the app
Nursery view pro is not on the list of models therefore i can’t connect my camera
Amazing
An absolutely brilliant app can track all sorts like nappy change, what was in nappy, consistency and colour. can also track feeding and pumping times which is handy for me and what takes the cake is i can track how long my daughter sleeps! all there and super easy to use! also don’t have to be on the app (have it running in the background) for it to track time and once i set my hubble monitor app it will easily be the best tracking/monitoring app i’ve found so far!
No support when needed
I was happy with the baby monitor for about 2 and a half months, however, after that the motion detector stopped working and even though I have emailed them 3 times so far, nobody has ever replied.
Don’t buy
Had issues with this since day 1. My screen doesn’t work at all anymore and it’s a nightmare trying to get someone to fix it! My baby was left screaming because the camera decided to restart itself when he was in bed! Honeslty DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
