App was working fine until I did the update in Spril now it does not work. I cant update or ammend my calender. I've deleted the app several times and reinstall. Still wont work I'm be I offered shifts that don't come through. So frustrating.
This app has the most inconvenient bug ever. The app will log you out and then when you try to log in, it resort in just doing nothing like a baby that doesn’t understand the command given to it. It doesn’t load, nor crash. Just stares at you. Its 2024. Get serious or get out the game.

The app is good but it doesn’t have the clocking in on it
Firstly how is it that this App looks nothing like the one in the App Store and is missing most of the facilities you advertise? Whilst the website works when I put the same credentials into the app I can never get in and it’s been months I’d really like to access the app on the go! Work needs to be done on this app big time AND is it even safe with all my details????
The app will not open on my phone at all. It randomly started doing this about a month ago and nothing has helped it. My phone has plenty of storage and I have the latest iOS installed too. I have tried to delete and reinstall the app multiple times all to no avail… I’m worried about how I can continue working without access to my shifts or the ability to track my payslips.
Put in this daft app that I wasn’t available for shifts on certain days, lo and behold got offers for the days in question. Declined shifts got a phone call off line manager ( who was aware of non availability, but unaware that the person programming this app had offered shifts on non available days). Asking why I had declined shifts then was surprised that I was offered shifts on those dates. App would be ok in the right hands.
If you accept a shift now it doesn’t show it on the calendar on the app so then it’s down to the manager
