Application not working, I tried downloading on another device and still showing similar messages that its unable to connect to a server. It’s been three weeks and I reported to App Store but still not working. No issues with my internet connection but the application is not working
As an employee, it’s good to clock in and out, but i find entering my unavailability unreasonably difficult. On the app I cannot do it at all, I’m only able to on the computer, and it’s frustrating and not user friendly
Easy to use for clock in or out on workplace… Can check our timesheet and roster as well. Recommend everyone to use on their workplace for better results..

It is not working properly. I got a notification but it does not show it.
You can’t decline shifts or add you unavailability unless you use a computer according to management, this is an in-affective app
The app continuously says you are far from the location even when you are in the work place. And it doesn't allows you to sign off.
This ap is great for your shifts etc but it is terrible for looking at your leave. It never updates correctly. My leave doesn’t add up with my payslip. My personal/sick leave just stalls and I never know how much I have. We have been told to contact payroll to get the correct leave. We shouldn’t have to do that. That should just WORK and it doesn’t.
I’ve never dealt with a more buggy app in my life. Constantly crashing and timing out/logging out Please note. A ticket request is irrelevant. It’s the applications platform that needs correction.
