Best meditation and hypnosis app
I took trial version to see how it works out. Within two days of using the app, I signed up for yearly membership. I am so hooked up to the app. You can customize guided meditations or hypnosis sessions. There are a plenty of starter examples or templates which you can copy and customize for your own practice. I feel blessed to have found the app. Thank you to all the amazing creators of hypnobox app.

I absolutely love this app! I have tried to find hypnosis apps in the past and they have all fallen short. Most of them mainly focused on sleep or stop smoking. Then I finally found this app and it has everything I wanted in a hypnosis app and I am seeing positive changes in my life. Thank you HypnoBox!

I’ve been using this app for three days now in the evenings and I’ve had the best sleep. I think I’ve ever had in my life. It worked!
After interviewing Bernhard for my podcast, I purchased one year of HypnoBox to give it a try. I have experienced some serious flight anxiety for a long time and it escalated about 6 years ago and it prevented me from taking trips. This past week, I took a short 1.5 hour long flight with no medication. So excited. Going to keep working on it because I have a 6 hour flight coming up in 2 weeks and I am curious to see how it goes. Thank you so much for being this technology to the masses. P.s. I have also greatly reduced my nail biting. 👏🏽

I purchased this app to help with my procrastination issues amongst other things, such as pursuing success and weight loss. I just received the app last night, and after my first session, I decided to have another one this morning. It feels as though it is already working as I have had a massively productive day and was able to complete a challenging task. I’m so glad I found this app!
