Excellent, But
This is an amazing app, but could you please please please add more content to it? You haven’t added meaningfully to the suggestions in the years that I have used it, especially the love and sex box. A secondary request is the dating & relationships box. Yes, you’ve done a lot of polishing, which is nice, but the core value, the suggestions, haven’t improved and expanded enough to justify the cost lately…
Customization is the best!
This app is great for rewriting all the subconscious programming. I love how you can swap out the inductions add in the elements you want as well as record new ones. Allows for different series to fit different situations.
I do not recommend this app
The voice you hear when advertised is only part of the program. A creepy male voice is the other half of it that gave me a horrible feeling and I couldn’t listen to it. So I’m only getting g 1/2 of the program and had a terrible time getting clarification on what sessions had it. Tried to cancel and got this roundabout answer that I had to complete 6 sessions first, but their answers were so spread apart it was still charged. The voice is eerily like another app on the market and maybe some people like it but I can still hear it and still feel extremely off from it. Just my opinion.
Best. App. Ever!
HypnoBox is amazing! First of all, just $12.99/month for unlimited hypnosis sessions is fantastic. Take a look at other hypnotherapy or hypnosis programs and their prices are much higher. As for the content in this app, you get so much! The best thing about HypnoBox is that you can create your own custom sessions. You choose from the recorded inductions, suggestions, background music/sounds, and awakening. I have create several custom sessions that I use daily. An example session I made is a short morning session for energy as I used to struggle with fatigue. I also made a bedtime session with chakra clearing and sleep induction. These sessions really work. Life changing! You really have nothing to lose. They give you a free trial to try it out. I promise this app will change you and your life for the better. All you have to do is put your earbuds in and listen and everything in your life will improve.
Warning!
The app allows for sessions to be downloaded, but then does not allow them to be played without internet access. So what’s the point of downloading them? Tried to listen to a session on a plane and it wouldn’t load.
Excellent!
After trying several other hypnosis apps, this was the clear winner. Exactly what I wanted. The voices are perfect and the flexibility is great. I can customize sessions exactly how I want. I use it every day and have focused on anxiety, sleep, and deep relaxation. The benefits have made a huge impact on me and I am very grateful to those who put the effort into creating this app.

Love love the app! I love creating my own scripts but I would like them read by the professionals. I would like to upload the words and have it read to me.
The only thing that helps me back to sleep
I have tried everything under the sun to go back to sleep when I wake up too early, which is often. This works every time. Very grateful for it.
