App does not let Invite guest on the first attempt. Need to cancel the initial invitation as there is no Invite Guest option. Cancelling and resubmitting all info then shows the Invite Guest blue button. Does this on numerous IOS devices. Will try deleting App and reinstalling?

What a terrible app to have to use to keep track of friends and visitors to your home . What should be part of your security is anything but that … 🤬🤬🤬 Update 15 Dec 2024 this app is worse than ever .. does not work “failed to invite”

App is utterly slow with loading times, interactions are delayed and often times fails completely. Design is mediocre at best.

Love the new look! Great to see that you are constantly updating and enhancing the app !

Still can’t open the gate with my iPhone even though an update was promised weeks ago. Please get it together guys

This app is terrible and doesn’t work on IOS after the update!!! Please fix it….it causes a major inconvenience!!!

With each update improvements are made. Constructive feedback works well. Server and network permitting, response times are improving. Would love to see customise capability for code sharing with visitors i.e. include the detailed address, Speed limit restrictions (some estates fine the home owner for visitors transgressing the speed limit). Keep up the good work 👍

I like it, a great “security feature”- get to know who comes in and when they get out of the Estate. Love it!

This app is terrible. So many frustrating things about it don’t even know where to start. A person’s choice of a gate should be top of the list.

The app was very slow, after the OEM moved the server from Malaysia to Southern Africa, performance has dramatically improved.
