Improvements needed
The email in the website (info@i-neighbour) is not reachable. Visitor management - under other purpose, there is no selection of contractor. Should consider “other purposes”, and let the user to key in the exact purpose. Overall it’s ok with some area for improvement
Best community app
It’s very convenient to use and comes with variety of features.
i-Neighbour & Bluetooth
The i-Neighbour application keeps asking the user to turn on Bluetooth. We are not connected to or plan to connect to any accessories! It has come to a point where it is annoying to keep getting request from the application to turn on Bluetooth! And there is no way to turn off the notification either in the settings. Application developer, kindly do something about this.

Unable to reset password
Install the app onto a new phone but unable to activate it. Unable to reset the password. Very very annoying. Or a pleasant experience.
