What with the new update? The UI are getting worse, the booking have bugs where even the space left is 0, user can still book it and it become -1, previous version are way better. Please update to a better version or just hire m to dev the better one lol.

Horrible app and borderline useless

I've been using this app and JagaApp for my house, JagaApp if faaaaarrrrrr better than this app, i dont know what was the management think using this app as their Resident Management app. WORST APP EVER!! - Hard to invite visitor - no payment gateway - cannot save favourite visitor info like plate number and ic number? What kind of intern student do this app? Please please pleaseee learn from JagaApp and improvise, there is a lot of work need to do. For Dev, please use JagaApp if u want ur Residence happy 😊

Cannot use !

Need to key in the visitor details again and again never ending even though already saved as favourite visitor. Very annoying function, I need to spend a half day to key in and invite friends when I have a small home party. Super disappointed, not friendly use, and lousiest residential management app!

Allow multiple users to log into 1 accounts. More than 1 person live in one unit. Think properly please.

Enable dark-view mode please, Elderly parents view better with dark mode. Couldn’t really navigate through the app with white screen. Most app nowadays enable dark view for that reason🙏

How to add tenant?

The email in the website (info@i-neighbour) is not reachable. Visitor management - under other purpose, there is no selection of contractor. Should consider “other purposes”, and let the user to key in the exact purpose. Overall it’s ok with some area for improvement
