Overcharged and feeling like some shady things go on.

It diminishes the need to call the front desk…Just not sure if it includes the #s to the restaurants?

App shows all of the menus and reservations. I mostly like it because it tells You the hours of Operation for each bar or restaurant.

The app keeps you up with everything going on, on the property.

We have enjoyed the prestige area this week. With wonderful service from Manuel. He has taken good care of us along with Mirna. So far a great stay. The app needs updated. Ok to use but see improvements for the app.

Easy to use. A few things missing on the request screen for the room such as new beach towels and non alcoholic drinks for bar. Otherwise very helpful.

Switching from map to other parts and back zooms you back out of the map which is annoying- is should save place in map Consider add location tracking for family and friends on larger properties

Likes: i can book a golf round, restaurant appt. Not so much: trying to add my other companions are quite laggy App is laggy Would be better if the map works to point you where to go or how to get to a destination
