Iberostar Hotels & Resort

This app is helpful for when you’re staying at an Iberostar property and for seeing other Iberostar offerings. I could never figure out how to get the calendar feature to show my bookings. Other than that, I like it and will use it again.

Try searching ice cream or la caseada, no results.

The app is very good but could be better. There has to be a way to create a calendar for three guests in the app for events they scheduled during their stay.

I was surprised to hear the stipulations on resort credit . We have stayed at your competition in Cancun in previous years . The only stipulation on their resort credit is we pay the tax on the services. I don’t find your credits to be very useful and is a con for your company and aren’t advertised very accurately when booking the hotel

When it works, it’s great

App is helpful by giving directions to some places, but we planned to visit a restaurant that the app said was open, only to find out it was closed. I’ve been rather bored as none of the shows or activities are listed, except for kids.

I hate the IBEROSTAR app! The resort we’re staying at is combined with 4 others, and it’s impossible to find anything on the map. You can’t make reservations on it, like you’re supposed to. The room service ordering is very glitchy. The app drives me totally crazy with how useless it is!

Lots of great info and easy to use. Exactly what I’m looking for in a holiday app. It’s a bit glitchy sometimes though.

Individual “huts” consisting of 4 units instead of high rise hotels. Gorgeous grounds and gardens. Awesome food. What more can you ask???

Pros- the employees are very nice the food is decent. I wish there was at least one more restaurant on site for our seven day vacation to get more variety. Cons- the place is not a five star resort. The upkeep is not the best. The roof and ceilings are not in great condition. The pool area has seen better days probably about twenty years ago . Yes I know that we are in a third world country.
