Perfect App

Really love this app, for sure the best available. The only little poblem is that notes disappear and cannot be saved. But all in all really a very impressive bird app!

Non-responsive support & payment issues

Well, an app can only be as good as its support when something is not working as expected. To download the app, I paid 14.99€ and then, to get it to work, I ALSO had to sign up for a subscription. Consequently, I contacted support with an explanation resp. a refund or a credit towards a subscription plan (and it should be MORE than a year, because the yearly subscription is 9.99€ not 14.99€) - but so far I never got a response other than the auto-reply that they received my message and would be looking into it. Haha! With all sympathy for app developers who want to make a living , I think asking both, an expensive one time payment AND a subscription is overdoing it. I will be checking the other birding apps, this one doesn’t feel right for me.

Praktisches u. Sehr durchdachtes Tool für den ambitionierten Vogelfreund. Vor allem die vielen, verschiedenen Filtermöglichkeiten erlauben auch dann eine Bestimmung oder Eingrenzung der möglichen Arten, wenn einem die gesamte amerikanische Vogelwelt völlig fremd ist.

Best Bird APP.

You can't expect much more from a digital birding experience. Photos, drawings , sounds . All lot of useful information about the birds. So far the best birding app. Micky

Fulfills all your bird encyclopedic needs. Comprehensive search, precise drawings and real life photography helps to rapidly and easily identify your spotted species. Expensive though.
