Really terrible customer service

When you ask something to someone they never explain to you properly and ask them to for call back they never call you back as well.

Lot of issues updating the app

Worst app

Every time it gives error.

Hangs and transactions keep failing

There's always some error and transactions keep failing. Terrible app that hangs and then has to be closed and restarted over and over again.

Delayed Notifications

Although the app is okay the notification seem to arrive several hours late! That’s disappointing for a trading app

Again worst app

Icici try make to difficult life of traders. Very hard navigation. Difficult to understand stand where and what to do. Again worst app

Not end able to login

Lot of bugs and getting the error like invalid credentials. I tried resetting the password more than 3 times. do the proper Testing before you push to the live environment

Stone Age technology in digital world

Icici works like a primitive Stone Age technology. When competitors complete an account open in a day, ICICI will take two months with back and forth process. Above all they have a CEO and COO escalation and they are almost non existent.
