Why I am not receiving any request for approval under pending request for collect functionality, though I do receive sms saying there is a pending request to approve. But when I open I mobile app, there is nothing. I sent all the details with screenshots to customer care email, but they are not responding correctly.
It’s strange how the minimum requirement in Apple phones is iOS 17 and above. Is there no consideration for variants that don’t support iOS 17 or above but still supported by Apple and other applications including financial ones. Is ICICI willing to pay me to to upgrade to a phone which supports their app? Laughable..

Hi I have an iPhone 7. I’m not able to open mobile app for banking. Can anyone look into this? Thanks
There is major issue with backward compatibility the app doesn’t work at all with iOS 16 or older version it only supports iOS 17 and latest versions. This is really stupid decision by developers for this popular bank even other banks that are not as popular as this one have better app developers my only request is can you revert the force push and make it backward compatible with older versions of iOS if that’s possible.
Why does the updated not working on iPhone X. Keeps telling my iOS is not required iOS. Do you want all us to change our phones now?
I don’t remember this issue was there for a quite a while or happened recently. IMobile app is very very slow and can’t wait every time to move from one tab to another tab. Worst banking app version 14.0
Excellent service Quick and to the point help
There should be always the backwards compatibility with all iOS versions but ICICI bank iMobile app is NOT supported under iOS 17 which is really annoying…
Like all other banks we as overseas customers should have the facility from ICICI bank to have an OTP on our registered e mail ID
