Worst app , too much lag , difficult for traders

App has so much lag , chart do not load in time , option chain doesn’t open on time

Good app brokerage expensive

Good App. Does the Job. iPad Version Missing

They did a good job with this new version of the app. Probably should remove the other variations (old ones) of the app so there is no confusion. An iPad version would make the experience complete.

XIRR is not matching with the Direct web application

The xirr shown in the mobile application is 30 percent where when i check it in web application, it is 12 percentage. Just eager to know which is correct. Both are not matching. Kindly check it ASAP.

Withdrawal issues.

The old version was better to use. This version has too many issues with withdrawal and server issues. I am not able to withdraw money directly from app. I have to go through web to do so. And there is no service support to assign my problem.

Application and website down at least 4 days a month!

Regular traders it’s a travesty if we use this expensive service, the application as well the website does not respond for days sometimes and can result in losses. They need to upgrade their servers for increased volumes, they don’t care am facing this issue since more than 6 months. At the time even customer care there is no response .

Jail broken warning in Latest iOS

Hi, the app is giving jail broken mobile warning suddenly and I cannot use it anymore.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, nobody answers query calls.

Service & app working

App working is very poor & customer service is third class. No response on call, even mobile number left as per instruction. False statement of success on your recommendation as 80% are failed because you changed the target as per your convenience.
