Bugs and no support
I have just purchased premium subscription via appstore. The process was finished by the message that it was not successful. Despite receiving from apple confirmation about starting subscription, the app still is in a free mode, asking me to subscribe for premium. When I click the subscribe button, it says that I have already bought the subscription (but the app is still ina free mode). On the help page one can only read articles – no way to contact support. So far :-/. After several hours the problem desappeared. The idagio idea is great, especially the moods. The app both on iOS and macOS work OK. I am still waiting for safer means of payment (PayPal, ApplePay) to buy a concert ticket.

Fail with Apple TV
I subscribed a paid version to be able to stream music to my Apple TV device, but it fails every time. The app manages to play music for 1 minute or so then it disconnects and stops. I am using other apps with Apple TV (Apple Music for instance) and only IDAGIO has this problem. It’s a shame.
Fingers crossed for the app’s success
I love the idea behind the app and find using it utmost pleasurable. There are a few glitches here and there (after pausing a track it tends to restart when playing it again, for example), but the sheer wealth of music experience available at the tips of ones fingers compensates any minor inconveniences. I hope things will only get better for the entire IDAGIO team.
Cost too much
This app cost 10 euro, this is more than Spotify or Apple Music.
Charges?
While using other ap, I received an ad stating that I can use Idago for free but when I looked at the GTC I learned that it is by subscription only. Why advertise it?
