Worst customer care service!
Their customer care service might be ok in India but if you are looking to open an NRE NRO account, don’t expect anything from their customer care. It’s been a month since I requested to convert my savings account to NRO. Even after multiple follow ups on email and WhatsApp, I haven’t even received the list of documents! They don’t seem care at all! I am gonna close my savings account.

It’s rare that a banking app is soooo good. This one has a consistent UI and has far more features than that of Axis Bank - which was what I was using up to now.
