এই অ্যাপ ইন্সটল করা থেকে না করাই উত্তম। ট্ট্রানজেকশন ডিটেইলস আপডেট হতে সময় নেয়। এর চেয়ে এটিএম এর মিনিস্টেটমেন্ট আরো ফাস্ট। স্টেটমেন্ট দেরীতে আপডেট হওয়ার কারনে একজন অ্যাকাউন্ট হোল্ডার আরো ফাস্ট্রেশন এর মধ্যে পরে যাবে। প্রায় সময়ই লগনইনে সমস্যা হয়। ব্যাংকের আইসিটি নিরাপত্তা দূর্বল হওয়ায় সিকিউরিটি ইস্যুর নামে নির্দিষ্ট সময় ছাড়া অ্যাপে ঢোকা যায় না। এক অ্যাপে যদি ঝামেলা বৃদ্ধি পায় তাহলে এটা ব্যবহার এর চেয়ে না করাই উত্তম।
